Ian Moore was a leading stand-up comedian in the UK while a husband, father of three boys, farmhand and chutney maker in France. As a result, he spent most of his time travelling grumpily between the two lives. Now an author of three memoirs and a number of bestselling crime novels, including the Follet Valley Mysteries, he is still grumpy but takes himself a little less seriously.
